These letters were written to the girls this time last year. Even though they are very similar they are different, just like the girls. :o)
Dear Zoey,
You are a true blessing and such a great gift that I have been waiting for, almost 6 years. I found out that I was expecting you on January 3rd. I was shocked and thrilled all at the same time. I went to the doctor on January 21st. I was nervous and really wanted to hear your heartbeat but Dr. Reue said it was too early to hear it, but we could see your heartbeat. Boy was I surprised when Dr. Reue showed me on the sonogram that not only was I pregnant with you, but I was pregnant with your twin sister Berkeley. I was so happy. I had told several people before I knew about you both that I secretly wanted twins so that you would grow up with a sibling close to your age. You see your older brothers Hunter and Parker will be close to 10 and 8 years older than you. Even though they both will love and adore you, it is not the same as having a sibling that enjoys doing the same thing as you do. You and your sister Berkeley will have such a special bond that no one will understand but you two. Because the doctors think you and your sister are identical, I have had many sonograms to check to make sure you both are growing well. It has been so amazing to see you from such a little blob to a baby. It has been such a treat for me to see you so many times. You have always been a little bit smaller than your sister and you have always been on my left side. You have flipped several times from head first to feet first. I love rubbing my belly to feel you move. You love to have your booty rubbed.
There are so many people anticipating your arrival. You have a daddy that will be wrapped around your finger the minute he lays his eyes on you. I know that you and your daddy will have such a special relationship and I am so grateful for that. You have two eager and excited older brothers patiently waiting your arrival. As soon as we found out that we were expecting you, they both said they wanted a baby sister. They were thrilled when we found out on April 20th that you were a girl. Hunter and Parker eagerly wait to hold you, feed you, carry you around and even say they will change your diaper. We will have to see about that one. I know that they both will be great big brothers and will always be there for you whenever you need them. You have many grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins who can’t wait to meet you too!

You have always been a little bit bigger than your sister and you have always been on my right side and move A LOT! I always feel your little feet in my ribs. I love rubbing my belly to feel you move. You love it! You never move away.
