Last year we started a tradition of getting all the ladies on my mom's side of the family and renting a place for the weekend in Brenham, Tx. You can see Mother's Day 2009. This year we had more of a turn out and a really nice time. The only one we were missing was my niece Macey but she had a very special Girl Scout camp out that she went to. We stayed in a really neat old farm house. When we got there the girls started to play in the little pool that someone had brought, clothes and all!!! They loved it!
Sweet Berkeley and her HORRIBLE bed hair! She must roll all over bed at night all night long. She wakes up like this every morning and if I am not careful they turn into mats.
The only bad thing was on Saturday poor Zoey and a mysterious 103.5 fever all day. Next day GONE! She did not feel well. 
We played one of my favorite games, LCR. I was very excited to win $30 one of the rounds. We also played Farkle and another one but I can't remember the name. :o) It was a lot of fun just hanging out.

We also went to a miniature horse farm that is in Brenham. My girls LOVE animals. Everytime we see an animal on TV, in a book or in person Berkeley signs and says pet because she wants to pet it. She loved them! As soon as she saw them she was gone!!!! She didn't care where we were or who she had to push out of the way to get up close and I do mean push! It was rather funny!
